Job summary

Wholesale Cabinets is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth from a remote home-based position while residing in Florida. Reporting to the CMO, you will shape strategy, execution and analysis with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing across PPC, email, and more.

You will own campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize for conversions. The role requires leadership in paid digital ads, data-driven reporting, email/SMS marketing, and CRO.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRMs and ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) is essential.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and present actionable insights.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of email/SMS marketing and CRO/web optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Digital Advertising campaigns across multiple platforms focusing on leads and revenue.
• Integrate data from CRM, GA4, Merchant Center and ad platforms for performance view.
• Own Email & SMS marketing campaigns from copy to targeting.
• Run CRO and web experiments with tools like Optimizely/Hotjar for conversions and UX improvements.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities to scale marketing outputs.
