Job summary

Electromed Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the company’s online presence and lead generation. You will plan and optimize PPC, SEO and SEM efforts, manage email campaigns and social media, and provide monthly performance analytics.

You will leverage WordPress and CRM tools, with a focus on DTC and direct-to-physician strategies, while collaborating across marketing and product teams in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of digital advertising and PPC management.
• Proven experience with SEO, keyword research and content strategy.
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns and audience segments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement preferred.
• Experience managing Social Media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Prior medical device marketing or marketing in healthcare a plus.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress).
• Experience with CRM platforms for lead generation and lead management.
• Google Ads/Google Analytics certification desired.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and implement digital marketing programs to drive leads and conversions.
• Manage PPC campaigns, SEO strategy and SEM techniques.
• Optimize website performance and monitor analytics for KPIs.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and social media channels.
• Provide monthly analytics and insights to stakeholders.
• Develop content aligned with SEO and drive DTC and DTP strategies.
• Explore conversion tests and ROI improvements.
• Report on competitor online presence.
