Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive customer growth, enrollment, retention, and revenue. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and will be measured by CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV, revenue, and ROI.

You’ll own acquisition strategy, testing priorities, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing, partnering with product, enrollment, sales, and web teams to enhance the full customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.
• Experience planning and running paid and organic digital marketing programs.
• Ability to build acquisition paths and lifecycle campaigns.
• Data-driven to review CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV, ROI.
• Experience testing creative, audiences, landing pages, forms, and site changes.
• Collaboration with SEO, GEO, CRO, analytics, and attribution teams.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable next steps for product and sales teams.
• Clear communication and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing plans to attract customers across the full journey from first click to enrollment and retention.
• Test campaigns, audiences, creative, landing pages, forms, and website changes to improve performance.
• Use results to guide budget decisions, improve conversion rates, and scale successful initiatives.
• Improve search visibility through SEO, GEO, content, and technical updates; maintain clear reporting for partners.
