Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in analog, digital, and power electronics design.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support digital design efforts for development guidance systems focused on FPGA-based designs.
• Troubleshoot complex circuit card assemblies and electro‑mechanical subsystems.
• Support component-level design reviews and test plans.
• Mentor and be mentored within Raytheon's strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with functional, program management, customers and suppliers.
• Travel up to ~25% as needed.
