Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in analog, digital, and power electronics design, integration, and production support.
• Decomposition of high-level requirements into actionable design electronics and subsystem architecture.
• Subsystem architectural design and experience with digital sub-systems, systems engineering and requirement development.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support digital design efforts for development guidance systems focused on FPGA designs.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers; mentor/mentee culture; cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel up to ~25% as needed.
• Guide teams through hardware system lifecycle including requirements and test plans.
