Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Senior Digital Finance Business Partner to bridge Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. You will drive process improvements, support finance transformation, and optimize digital solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong finance knowledge, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, delivering data-driven insights and scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance / FP&A / transformation.
• Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and close.
• Experience in manufacturing with exposure to supply chain and cost accounting.
• Proven experience leading or supporting finance process improvement and automation.
• Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA in an ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive finance process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with IT and business to optimize digital solutions.
• Support technology-enabled finance initiatives and automation.
• Lead or support ERP and performance management projects.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and month-end close.
