Job summary
Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is looking for a Senior Finance Digital Business Partner based in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will bridge the Digital Technology team and the Finance organization, addressing business needs with clear Digital requirements, and enhancing the Finance technology roadmap.
The successful candidate will have over 8 years of experience in digital transformation and finance systems, with a proven track record in business process improvement and stakeholder engagement. The salary range is $84,400 to $135,000 per year, and we offer competitive benefits including bonuses, medical, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, business partnering, finance systems, or project management.
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and alignment of Finance business needs with Digital solutions.
- Build relationships with Finance stakeholders and Digital teams.
- Manage a structured Digital intake process for Finance requests.
