Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree beneficial.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years supporting sales and operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch financial closing cycles and preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with branch leadership to meet financial targets.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor the local finance team and purchasing/accounts payable/receivable teams.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and implement automation to reduce costs and improve productivity.
