Siemens' Smart Infrastructure in the United States seeks a Senior Business and Digitalization Professional to lead the Digitalization and AI agenda across the North American factory network, improving financial transparency, governance, and KPI performance within Finance Operations. Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance and/or Data Science.
• 8-10 years’ experience in Finance and Digitalization/AI, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Digitalization, AI, automation tools (Tableau, Knime, Snowflake etc), SAP (FI/CO).
• Strong networking, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digitalization and AI agenda for EP NA Finance Operations across the North American factory network.
• Develop and execute the Finance Operations Digitalization and AI strategy.
• Coordinate and align Data Analysts and TEA Coordinators across the plant finance network.
