Job summary

Hire Score LLC, a global manufacturing and technology organization, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Commercial in a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN. You will partner with senior leaders, drive forecasting, pricing strategy, and performance reporting, while shaping corporate strategy with data-driven insights and compelling financial storytelling.

The role requires 7+ years in finance, strong ERP experience (SAP/S4/OneStream), and the ability to influence at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering background.
• Experience in large, multinational companies.
• FP&A experience required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, S4, OneStream, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial leadership, shaping strategy through data-driven insights.
• Lead commercial forecasting, pricing strategy, and monthly performance reporting.
• Provide variance analysis, trend insights, and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
• Partner with sales, product, and commercial teams to establish forecasting rhythms and financial governance.
• Build business cases to support investment decisions, commercial initiatives, and strategic planning.
• Support multi-year planning, commercial strategy development, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Present financial insights to senior leaders within a multinational environment.
• Manage one direct report and contribute to long-term succession planning within the finance organization.
