T-Mobile is seeking a senior UX strategist to drive the digital experience for MintMobile.com. You will translate business needs into scalable ecommerce UX across the customer journey, partnering with product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics from discovery through launch.

You will own UX impact assessments, guide stakeholder alignment, and monitor KPIs to optimize customer experience and business outcomes. Travel is required for collaboration and delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business or related field.
• 7-10 years Experience in Marketing (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Drive digital experience strategy for MintMobile.com, improving ecommerce customer journey and business outcomes.
• Translate requirements into scalable ecommerce UX strategies and customer flows.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics through discovery to launch.
• Own UX impact assessment and align stakeholders across teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate digital experience effectiveness.
