T-Mobile is seeking a senior UX-focused leader to shape the digital experience for MintMobile.com. You will translate business and product requirements into scalable ecommerce UX across the customer journey, working with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams from discovery to launch.
The role emphasizes improving customer experience, driving business outcomes, and delivering clear experience requirements with strong stakeholder alignment.
Competenze
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 7–10 years Experience in Marketing (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Marketing experience described as preferred
Mansioni
- Drive digital experience strategy for MintMobile.com, identifying opportunities to improve the ecommerce customer journey and business outcomes.
- Translate requirements into scalable ecommerce UX strategies and customer flows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure digital solutions align with customer needs and business priorities.
- Own UX impact assessment and stakeholder alignment across teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate digital experience effectiveness and guide optimization.
