Protecht is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Growth to own and optimize the global website and digital experience. You will drive strategy, buyer journeys, and conversion optimization to attract and convert target buyers across our expanding global markets.

The role blends technical website execution with commercial judgment, aligning CRO, analytics, SEO, and ABM tactics to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. Fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital, website management or growth marketing.
• Experience owning a B2B website end-to-end.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS and CMS management.
• Strong CRO, analytics, and SEO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own Protecht's global website roadmap and improvements.
• Translate objectives into website priorities and conversion paths.
• Develop buyer journeys across audiences and campaigns.
• Manage updates, CMS, pages, and digital assets.
• Lead CRO and experimentation across key pages.
• Partner with Marketing Operations on tracking and data flows.
