Carolina Biological Supply Company seeks a Senior Digital Content Strategist to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of customer-focused content across the digital journey. You will be a hands-on writer and strategic partner translating scientific and product information into clear, accessible content across websites, product pages, landing pages, emails, campaigns, and educational content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in content strategy, copywriting, digital content, ecommerce content, or a related discipline.
• Experience creating and optimizing content across multiple digital channels (web, product pages, landing pages, email, campaigns, educational content).
• Experience using SEO, analytics, search, and content performance insights to inform strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead content strategy and development across digital touchpoints, writing, editing, and optimizing benefit-led content that supports discovery and conversion.
• Translate scientific, technical, and product information into clear, customer-focused messaging aligned with brand voice, including UX copy and forms.
• Develop SEO- and AEO-informed content strategies to improve product content and landing pages for discoverability and conversion.
• Lead complex content initiatives from brief through launch, measurement, and optimization for major product launches and campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams early in planning to shape messaging, content strategy, and customer experiences.
