Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, UX/UI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital design, visual design, UX/UI, product design, or web design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, digital experience, UX/UI thinking, and brand development.
• Background or degree in a scientific field is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative design and visual development for websites, landing pages, product experiences, email, and campaigns.
• Create UX/UI-aligned concepts reflecting customer needs, brand strategy, and growth priorities.
• Turn insights and performance data into layout and messaging refinements.
• Drive complex design initiatives from concept through launch and optimization.
• Support motion graphics, interactive content, and emerging formats, plus print collateral as needed.
• Build and maintain design standards and contribute to design systems.
