Job summary

Alcon seeks a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Global Digital Health, to lead cross‑functional digital marketing initiatives from Fort Worth.

You will drive customer journeys, optimize content for conversions, and manage multi-channel campaigns across emails, texts, in‑app messages and social touchpoints. You will apply advanced analytics, A/B tests, privacy considerations, and CRM tool expertise to improve ROI and patient education materials while collaborating with Global and Regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent directly related experience.
• Fluent reading/writing English.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Global digital marketing projects driving demand and traffic.
• Optimize website content for search, AI search/LLMs and conversions.
• Manage email, text, in app messages and social journeys.
• Develop and publish web content such as blogs, videos, and FAQs.
