Job summary

UTHealth Houston is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital engagement for the Alumni Engagement team, driving email communications, virtual events, and platform optimization. You will craft, test, and analyze campaigns across CMS and CRM platforms to boost participation and alumni involvement.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and analytics tools. Healthcare sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of related digital marketing experience is required.
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager is required.
• Experience in healthcare communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and outreach for in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs; manage alumni communications and livestreams.
• Manage and optimize alumni digital platforms and engagement tools.
• Coordinate alumni email campaigns promoting events, awards, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement priorities and storytelling.
• Use data and metrics to inform strategy and improve outreach effectiveness.
