The role collaborates across Service Operations, Commercial, Technical Services, Digital Solutions, and BI to develop go-to-market strategies, adoption frameworks, and measurement dashboards that drive customer

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer adoption and change management best practices.
• Experience delivering communication and adoption strategies for new technologies or services.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional teams including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop global service marketing strategies and value propositions to support commercialization and growth.
• Create launch communications, field-facing collateral, and customer-facing messaging to drive awareness and adoption.
• Partner with commercial, regional, and technical teams to ensure go-to-market readiness and sustained utilization of service capabilities.
• Build adoption strategies and change plans to improve readiness and address barriers across teams.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics, dashboards, and performance data to guide decisions.
