Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of media buying/planning experience across digital channels.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables).
• Ambitious, able to meet deadlines and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client facing campaign project management platform end-to-end from internal briefing to campaign launch.
• Review media plans and pacing documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Partner with activation teams to ensure seamless execution with clear briefs and transparent communication.
• Evolve workflows to strengthen processes and efficiency.
• Assist with post campaign analysis insights and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate data population and reporting improvements.
• Build and maintain client-facing trackers and provide timely status updates.
• Present weekly client status reports and address questions live.
