Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in Project Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required; Master's/MBA preferred.
• Advanced leadership experience in PMO functions including governance and resource management.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex IT programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex IT programs and projects aligning with strategic goals.
• Plan, execute, and deliver IT programs ensuring SDLC/PMLC compliance.
• Develop detailed program plans, budgets, and resource allocations; manage dependencies.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote continuous improvement across teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
