The role requires deep experience in U.S. banking products, end-to-end product lifecycle management, and strong techno-functional skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent; preferred in Finance/Marketing/Systems.
• Any bachelor's degree accepted (BE/BTech/BCA, etc.).
• 10+ years in product management within a U.S. financial institution or banking software environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, definition, prioritization, and delivery of requirements.
• Lead feature planning, sprint coordination, and cross-functional execution.
• Develop business cases and roadmap aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Ensure product profitability and alignment with regulatory requirements.
