Job summary

Bankjoy is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex digital banking implementations, from discovery to go-live and stabilization. You will own the delivery plan, align client and vendor responsibilities, and mentor other implementation staff in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external vendors, manage scope changes, and drive successful launches while maintaining client trust and high delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software implementation, client onboarding, or technical project management.
• Experience with a core banking system or digital banking platform.
• Experience managing concurrent client projects, external vendors, scope changes.
• Hands-on configuration, integration dependencies, and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain constraints to non-technical clients.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and improving implementation processes.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own complex client implementations from discovery through launch and stabilization.
• Translate scope into requirements, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead kickoff meetings, client status calls, and explain product limitations.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and operations to manage dependencies.
• Lead UAT, client training, and defect triage.
• Coordinate cutover plans and go/no-go decisions.
• Handle senior client escalations with clear options and next steps.
• Lead post-launch stabilization and handoff.
