Qualifications

• 7–10+ years banking experience in Commercial/Treasury or merger/conversion scenarios.
• 7–10+ years technical delivery experience with hands-on involvement.
• Independent judgment and decision making on complex issues.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Solid SDLC understanding and Agile/traditional PM blend.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology consulting projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Assemble and lead project teams, allocate resources, and develop schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers to manage deliverables, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Demonstrate understanding of business value and impact on programs and enterprise.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Define scope/objectives and coordinate activities of team members.
• Oversee interdependencies and integration of related projects.
• Apply SDLC knowledge and blend Agile/traditional PM practices.
