Job summary
BambooHR is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst II to optimize the digital customer journey across our website, marketing funnel, and digital experiences. You will partner with Marketing, Web, Demand Gen, BI, and agencies to deliver strategic insights and improve measurement capabilities to drive business performance.

Qualifications
- Experience leading digital analytics for B2B SaaS is preferred.
- Strong ability to define KPIs, measurement strategies and storytelling with data.
- Familiarity with CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of digital customer journeys across acquisition, engagement, and conversion funnels.
- Partner with Marketing, Web, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, BI, and agencies to set success metrics.
- Support first-party data strategies, lead tracking, and digital measurement frameworks.
- Deliver strategic insights on website performance, conversion behavior, and digital experience.
- Support experimentation across landing pages, chat experiences, messaging, and optimization programs.
- Define measurement approaches and testing frameworks for AI-driven search and discovery trends.
- Monitor shifts in digital acquisition behavior and recommend visibility and engagement improvements.
- Collaborate with BI teams to improve data quality and self-service analytics.
- Support quarterly business reviews and executive discussions with analytical storytelling.
- Operate independently in ambiguous environments, identifying opportunities and risks.
