Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr. Marketing Ops Manager hybrid in Utah, reporting to marketing leadership.

You will own the technical foundation connecting website interactions to trusted marketing data, overseeing tagging, consent management, analytics instrumentation, and the data layer powering downstream platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and Databricks. Your role focuses on scalable measurement architecture, privacy compliance, and collaborates with Legal, Engineering, and Marketing analytics to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years in a modern marketing tech stack.
• Deep GTM experience and enterprise tag management best practices.
• Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM architecture, governance, and deployment across production environments.
• Design and maintain consent management solutions with Legal and Engineering.
• Establish marketing attribution standards including UTM governance and tracking IDs.
• Own analytics instrumentation across Adobe Analytics, GA4, and future platforms.
• Define the website data layer contract with Engineering and ensure reliable data flow.
