You’ll influence product decisions, ensure production readiness, and mentor teams on agentic practices to deliver high-impact solutions. In this role, you’ll own the full feature lifecycle, design robust architectures, and collaborate with product,

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production software.
Ability to write agent specifications that teammates can execute confidently.
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team decisions.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Shape ambiguous product opportunities into technical direction that engineers implement.
Write agent specifications with acceptance criteria, risks, and tradeoffs.
Mentor engineers on agentic craft and drive parallel workstreams.
Steer multiple agents across concurrent workstreams with accountability and clarity.
Ensure feature readiness with tests, observability, and production monitoring.
