Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Analyst, Digital Analytics to join the Ford Pro Digital Product team. You will translate stakeholder questions into measurement approaches, perform advanced analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve digital experiences and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics teams to bring together insights and develop Ford Pro narratives.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital analytics and measurement development.
• Hands-on SQL for large dataset analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Ability to translate stakeholder questions into KPI-driven analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and insight generation across Ford Pro Digital Product’s journeys, translating goals into KPIs and plans.
• Collaborate with Product managers, engineers, designers, and data teams to measure new experiences.
• Tell holistic Ford Pro stories by integrating insights from multiple analytics domains.
• Analyze clickstream and digital behavior to identify friction and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Curate Adobe Analytics workspaces and build dashboards for on-demand visibility of key metrics.
• Use SQL to query and join enterprise datasets, creating unified views of journeys and outcomes.
• Develop reusable analytical methods, automation, and AI-enabled workflows with human review.
• Present findings in concise narratives tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
