Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Analyst, Digital Analytics to join the Ford Pro Digital Analytics & Experimentation team. You will translate stakeholder questions into measurement approaches, perform advanced analysis, and deliver clear recommendations to improve digital experiences and business outcomes.

This role blends hands-on analytics with technical problem solving, requiring collaboration across Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5 years of digital analytics or related analytical work.
• 3 years with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• 3 years SQL experience to analyze large datasets.
• 2 years creating dashboards or self-service reporting with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and insight generation across Ford Pro Digital Product journeys.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and tagging teams to ensure measurability.
• Collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics teams.
• Analyze clickstream data and conduct journey analyses to identify opportunities.
• Curate Adobe Analytics workspaces and build dashboards for on-demand visibility.
• Use SQL to integrate and interpret enterprise datasets for unified journeys.
• Develop reusable analytical methods and AI-enabled workflows.
• Present findings in concise narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
