Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Analyst, Digital Analytics to join the Digital Analytics & Experimentation team, aligned to Ford Pro. You will translate stakeholder questions into measurement approaches, perform advanced analysis, and deliver clear recommendations to improve digital experiences and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics teams to build holistic Ford Pro narratives and scale AI-enabled analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with a digital analytics platform such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• 3 years of experience using SQL to analyze large datasets and integrate data sources.
• 2 years of experience creating dashboards or reusable reports with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and insight generation across Ford Pro Digital Product journeys, translating goals into KPIs, measurement plans, and success criteria.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and data teams to ensure measurable digital experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to tell holistic Ford Pro stories and surface insights.
• Analyze clickstream and behavioral data to answer high-value questions, identify friction, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Curate Adobe Analytics workspaces and build dashboards and self-service reporting for on-demand visibility.
• Use SQL to query and join datasets to create unified views of Ford Pro journeys and outcomes.
• Develop reusable analytical methods and AI-enabled workflows to speed and scale insights, with human review.
• Present complex findings in concise narratives tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
