Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Analyst, Digital Analytics to join the Digital Analytics & Experimentation team aligned to Ford Pro. You will translate stakeholder questions into measurement plans, perform advanced analyses, and deliver recommendations that improve digital experiences and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics teams to build holistic Ford Pro narratives and scalable analytics workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5 years of digital analytics experience.
• 3 years with a digital analytics platform (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics).
• 3 years SQL experience.
• 2 years building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Looker/Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and insight generation across Ford Pro Digital Product journeys with clear KPIs and measurement plans.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and data teams to ensure measurability of digital experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to tell holistic Ford Pro stories and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze clickstream and behavioral data and perform journey analyses to identify friction and opportunities.
• Curate Adobe Analytics workspaces and build dashboards for on-demand visibility of KPIs.
• Use SQL to integrate and validate enterprise datasets for unified journey insights.
• Develop automation and AI-enabled analytics methods to speed insight generation.
• Present findings in concise narratives tailored to audiences.
