Job summary

RRD is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Iridio by RRD in the United States. This role drives net-new enterprise business, cultivates brand and agency partnerships, and consults with executives to deliver digital media products, data targeting, and omnichannel strategies.

You will leverage a hunter mindset, an established network, and multi-touch sales cycles to close opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to align resources with client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct digital media or AdTech/MarTech solution sales experience.
• 7+ years in a quota carrying sales role with proven success.
• Active network of decision-makers across brand marketers and agencies.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement in net-new business.
• Experience leading multi-touch consultative sales cycles from prospect to contract.

Responsibilities

• Drive Net-New Business across enterprise brand and agency clients.
• Leverage established relationships to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct data-driven, consultative sales processes that align solutions with client goals.
• Develop customized media strategies and pitch frameworks for C-suite audiences.
• Serve as trusted advisor, delivering market insights and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and opportunity tracking in the CRM.
