Yona Eagle seeks a Food Services Director to lead the dietary department in a long-term care facility. You will oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and compliance to deliver high-quality nutrition services to residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities include interviewing and orienting staff, supervising operations, coordinating with departments, and driving resident satisfaction while maintaining survey readiness and cost-effective programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Food service supervisory experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• ServSafe Manager certification and CDM/CFPP credentials.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to speak publicly if needed.
• Proficient with Windows-based software including MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Interviews, hires and orients dietary staff.
• Trains workers in procedures and operation of equipment.
• Plans and supervises department functions and staffing.
• Monitors quality of work and staff performance.
• Plans purchases of supplies and equipment.
• Maintains staffing levels and scheduling for services.
• Keeps records for inventory, compliance, finances and personnel.
• Leads management meetings and coordinates with other departments.
