Yona Eagle seeks a Food Services Director to lead the dietary department in a long-term care facility. You will organize, direct, and supervise staff, ensuring efficient food service operations and regulatory compliance while maintaining excellent resident relations.

The role requires overseeing budgeting, menu planning, purchasing, training, and quality assurance to sustain high standards of nutrition and service in a dynamic care environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Supervisory experience in food service, preferably in long-term care.
• Certifications: ServSafe for Managers; CDM/CFPP per ANFP.
• Strong people management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients dietary staff.
• Trains staff on procedures and equipment.
• Plans and supervises department functions and staffing.
• Maintains records and coordinates with other departments.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and surveys.
• Manages budget and cost controls.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and quality care.
