Job summary

The Wealshire of Bloomington is seeking a full-time, experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead the dietary services at our Medina care facility. The role requires CDM/CFPP credentials and a strong background in managing kitchen operations for 110+ residents, with a focus on special diets, budgets, and food safety.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate with nursing, ensure compliance with state inspections, and participate in ongoing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• CDM and CFPP credentials required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Minimum three years of culinary management experience.
• At least one year of assisted living or long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dietary operations for kitchen and dining for 110+ residents.
• Manage staff, food orders, budgets and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with state inspections and dietary regulations.
