Job summary

The Wealshire, dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility, is looking to employ a FT experienced Certified Dietary Manager at their Medina care Facility. It is required that applicants must have the CDM, CFPP credential.

The Dietary Manager will oversee the day-to-day dietary operations of the kitchen, staff and the serving of 110+ residents. Applicant must enjoy being a proficient cook, and be experienced with specialized diets, food ordering, kitchen sanitation, state inspections and be able to adhere

Qualifications

• CDM and CFPP credential required.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• 3 years of culinary management experience.
• 1+ year of Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dietary operations for 110+ residents.
• Ensure kitchen sanitation, state inspections and budget adherence.
• Coordinate food ordering and manage monthly budgets.
