Job summary

The Wealshire of Bloomington is seeking a full-time experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with CFPP credentials to oversee dietary operations at the Medina care facility. The role requires strong leadership in culinary management, specialized diets, and adherence to budgets while ensuring high standards of sanitation and regulatory compliance.

The Wealshire, dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility, is looking to employ a FT experienced Certified Dietary Manager at their Medina care Facility. It is required that applicants must have the CDM, CFPP credential.

Job Summary:

The Dietary Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dietary operations of the kitchen, staff and the serving of 110+ residents. Applicant must enjoy being a proficient cook, and be experienced with specialized diets, food ordering, kitchen sanitation, state inspections and be able to adhere to the established monthly budgets.
