Qualifications

• Level 3 technician with 4+ years of experience and broad knowledge of engine repair and diagnostics.
• Must complete Levels 1–2 curriculum and ProTech training; maintain safety training.
• CDL Class A/B and ASE certifications are preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and various hand/power tools; read/write and document work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses complex engine malfunctions with minimal supervision.
• Performs detailed engine and equipment repairs to factory specs.
• Disassembles, inspects, selects parts, and reassembles components.
• Documents service reports, timecards, and parts requisition.
• Mentors lower level technicians and ensures safety compliance.
• Maintains tools and equipment, communicates progress to customers.
