HOLT Truck Centers in San Antonio is seeking a Level 3 Truck Service Technician to handle advanced engine repairs and diagnostics with minimal supervision. This senior role emphasizes quality, compliance with safety policies, and mentoring junior technicians.

The position requires a four-year background in diesel/truck repair, completion of Levels 1-2, and ProTech training. CDL/ASE certifications are preferred; travel is up to 5% as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; accreditations from a technical school or skilled trades program.
• Minimum of four years of experience in diesel/truck repair.
• Completion of Levels 1 & 2 curriculum pathway requirements.
• Has met ProTech training requirements and can model VBL culture.
• Ongoing safety training is required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair complex engine malfunctions with minimal supervision.
• Perform detailed engine and related equipment repairs to factory specs.
• Document service reports, timecards, parts requisitions and returns.
• Mentor lower level technicians and participate in training.
• Maintain tools and vehicle in good, safe working order.
