HOLT Group is seeking a Senior Truck Service Technician 3 in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, reconditioning, and adjusting key truck systems and components.

This senior position requires extensive knowledge and experience, with mentorship responsibilities for lower level technicians and adherence to safety and company values. Occasional travel may be involved and the role is performed on-site at our Tulsa facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience required.
• CDL – Class A or B required.
• ASE – Medium/Heavy Truck Certification four or more preferred.
• AC Certification Required.
• Brake System Certification Required.
• Ability to model and teach Holt’s VBL Culture.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs complex engine malfunctions with minimal supervision.
• Performs engine and related equipment repairs to factory specs.
• Disassembles, inspects, and determines parts; reassembles per specifications.
• Maintains quality control and road-test inspections of completed tasks.
• Documents service reports, timecards, parts requisition and returns.
• Uses diagnostic software to assist in engine diagnosis and reprogramming.
