Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Technician III to perform advanced preventive maintenance and complex repairs on heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You will diagnose vehicle systems, train other technicians, and ensure quality before delivery in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires a diesel technology degree, 7+ years with 7–8 class trucks, and proven experience with braking, suspension, and engine work. On-site shop, with comprehensive benefits and training programs.

Qualifications

• Diesel technology degree and 7+ years with heavy trucks.
• Proven training experience and diagnostic capability.
• Welding experience and ability to train others.
• Must provide hand tools, air tools and toolbox; strong safety record.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine damage or malfunctions.
• Inspect orders for completion and quality before delivery.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled services.
• Repair brakes, suspensions, electrical, exhaust and steering systems.
• Overhaul diesel and gasoline engines; test drive vehicles.
• Train junior technicians and maintain a clean workspace.
