Quanterix is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand adoption of Lucent tests across reference laboratories, health systems, and provider networks. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Laboratory Operations, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to structure and execute partnerships that scale Lucent testing nationally.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, forecast volumes, and collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with capacity and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 4–8 years of business development and sales experience in diagnostics (genomics/proteomics/lab medicine).
• Experience selling clinical laboratory services or healthcare solutions to labs/health systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic BD opportunities with labs and provider networks.
• Own end-to-end sales process for Lucent testing partnerships from engagement to contract and launch.
• Develop and manage a pipeline for Lucent LDT adoption and test-volume growth.
• Forecast volumes and report pipeline health and revenue outlook to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to align opportunities with lab capacity and reimbursement considerations.
• Mentor and onboard junior Business Development Managers when needed.
• Lead customer discussions on clinical utility, workflows, and operational integration.
