Job summary

Quanterix is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a fully remote role in the United States. You will partner with field-based Business Development Managers to drive consumables revenue and instrument service plan bookings across the US, while expanding account penetration and maximizing pull-through revenue.

The ideal candidate has a scientific background and at least 1 year of laboratory or customer service experience, thriving in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related life sciences field.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of laboratory setting or customer service experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within life sciences or biotech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with assigned BDMs to execute territory strategies, acting as an overlay to support account growth and pipeline development
• Own and deliver against a consumable's revenue quota and instrument service plan booking target within the assigned territory
• Proactively engage existing customers to drive reorders, renewals, and upsell opportunities in alignment with field sales priorities
• Support lead qualification and early-stage opportunity development, enabling BDMs to focus on high-value instrument sales cycles
• Coordinate outreach and follow-up from marketing campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries to generate qualified opportunities
• Prospect for new end users of instruments placed in central laboratory facilities
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and customer activity in CRM systems, ensuring strong communication and alignment with field teams
