Job summary

Quanterix is seeking a Business Development Manager for Seattle, WA to drive sales of the Simoa platform and related lab services. The role requires deep knowledge of immunoassay platforms and a proven ability to win new accounts while expanding existing relationships.

The ideal candidate is a technical sales professional with a passion for biology, comfortable presenting to researchers and cross-functional teams, and willing to travel 50%+ in the territory. Remote-friendly within Seattle area.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in biology or chemistry from an accredited institution.
• 6-8 years of sales experience in life science tools or related fields.
• MS or PhD with 4+ years of relevant sales experience OR PhD with 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Quanterix Simoa product and lab services into RUO segments (academia, government, biopharma).
• Establish/maintain relationships in target markets (R&D, Clinical, Pre-Clinical).
• Nurture opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and forecast accurately.
• Collaborate with marketing, applications, technical support, field service, and labs.
