Job summary

Quanterix is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for remote Northeast coverage (Boston, MA / New York, NY). You will expand adoption of Lucent tests across reference laboratories, health systems, and provider networks.

Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Laboratory Operations, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to structure and execute multi-stakeholder partnerships that scale testing nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 4–8 years in business development and sales in diagnostics.
• Experience with laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) and provider networks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for diagnostic partnerships.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic BD opportunities with labs and health systems.
• Forecast test volumes and report pipeline health to leadership.
• Mentor and onboard junior BD team members when needed.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access to align with evidence and policy.
