Job summary

QuidelOrtho is seeking a Global Product Manager – Clinical Labs to drive global marketing for chemistry and immunodiagnostic platforms, assays, automation and informatics. Remote eligible with east coast working hours, with potential in-office collaboration near Rochester, NY or Raritan, NJ.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 3 years of global product management experience in medical devices or diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of global product management experience in medical device or diagnostics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must make a broad range of critical decisions with sound judgment.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional partners.
• Travel up to 20% overnight.
• Not visa sponsorship eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple product solutions, including VITROS chemistry assays and external partnerships.
• Build business projections based on roadmap, market assumptions, and product performance.
• Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with global/regional marketing; track KPIs.
• Oversee product quality, supply, and lifecycle with R&D, Quality/Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
