Job summary

NVIDIA’s DFX team is seeking an exceptional DFT Engineer to shape the future of compute. You will design and prototype test architectures for advanced silicon, spanning multi-chiplet designs and large-scale SOCs, from RTL to ATE bring-up.

You will own the ATPG lifecycle and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with CAD teams and EDA vendors to push boundaries of silicon test innovation. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 6+ years of hands-on DFT experience with industry standard ATPG tools.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; ability to scale technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy industry-leading test methodologies on next-generation silicon platforms.
• Collaborate with EDA vendors to shape tool capabilities and partner with CAD teams for scalable automation.
• Co-architect DFT strategies with VLSI and Product Engineering teams to push silicon test innovation.
• Own the full ATPG lifecycle—verification, coverage analysis, pattern generation, and ATE bring-up.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers to achieve world-class quality and efficiency.
