Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Compliance to evaluate DFARS contractor business systems and CAS, and to develop improvements for compliance. The role collaborates with operational teams to enhance processes and ensure audit readiness across the company.

You will participate in government audits, maintain records of results, and prepare a range of reports. Strong attention to detail and clear communication with leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government accounting or contracting experience.
• Direct knowledge of DFARS contractor business systems and CAS.
• Experience auditing or performing internal reviews of contractor processes.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for detailed reports and executive presentations.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop DFARS contractor business system compliant policies, procedures, guides and processes.
• Conduct internal staff assist visits to review contractor business system processes.
• Review accounting practices for consistency with disclosure statements and CAS.
• Help operational teams implement process improvements for compliance and audit readiness.
• Document staff visits and maintain records for leadership briefings and government audits.
• Support government audits and maintain accountability records.
• Prepare reports on internal document statuses and system compliance.
