Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Senior Analyst, Government Compliance to join the finance team at Irvine, CA (also supporting DC and OH offices). You will evaluate compliance with DFARS contractor business systems and CAS, and help develop and implement improved processes across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years government accounting or contracting experience.
• Experience auditing or reviewing contractor processes.
• U.S. Person required due to access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support development of compliant policies and processes for DFARS contractor systems.
• Conduct internal staff assist visits to review contractor processes for regulatory compliance.
• Perform internal reviews of accounting practices for CAS compliance.
• Assist operational teams in implementing process improvements for compliance and audit readiness.
• Document staff visits and compile results for leadership briefings and auditors.
• Play active role in government audits and maintain accountability records.
• Prepare reports on internal documentation and system compliance.
