Job summary

Elbit Systems of America, LLC in Charleston, SC seeks a Senior Manager Government Compliance to serve as the subject matter expert on FAR, DFARS, CAS and Disclosure Statements, guiding interpretations and implementations to maintain a compliant government relations and audit-ready environment.

Responsibilities include preparing CAS disclosures, coordinating DCAA/DCMA audits, FPRA and FPRP-related work, annual ICPs, labor/cost accounting compliance, and mentoring compliance staff while supporting

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS and Disclosure Statements.
• Experience interpreting and applying government contract regulations.
• Management experience in a government/compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise and coordinate CAS Disclosure Statements and related cost proposals.
• Coordinate DCAA/DCMA audits and FPRA/FPRP processes with ACO and DCAA.
• Mentor compliance staff and oversee workload planning and performance.
• Support acquisition activities and government-type contract negotiations.
