Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Compliance to support the DFARS contractor business systems and CAS compliance across the company’s processes. You will collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to evaluate policies and enhance compliance controls.

You will help prepare for audits, document findings, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams. A degree in accounting/finance and 5+ years in government contracting are required, along with US person

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required or preferred.
• 5+ years of government accounting or contracting experience including DFARS and CAS knowledge.
• Experience auditing or performing internal reviews of contractor processes.

Responsibilities

• Support development of DFARS contractor business system policies, procedures, desk guides and processes.
• Conduct internal staff assist visits to review contractor business systems for DFARS compliance and consistency with policy.
• Review accounting practices to align with disclosure statements and CAS.
• Assist operational teams in implementing process improvements for compliance, efficiency, and audit readiness.
• Document staff visits and maintenance of results for leadership briefings and auditor reviews.
• Play an active role in government audits and maintain accountability records.
• Prepare reports on internal document statuses and system compliance.
